At Swanwick Hall School, we want our students to be able to share their views about all aspects of school life. We therefore provide our students with opportunities to give their feedback through student voice opportunities and surveys throughout the school year. We firmly believe that feedback is a gift!

We also have three separate student leadership opportunities which not only support students in developing skills outside of the classroom but also provide our students with further opportunities to share their perspective.

Our first student leadership opportunity is through our House System Committee and Leadership. More information can be found here: our house system.

Our second opportunity is through our Student Council which currently comprises over 30 students from Year 7 up to Year 13. The Student Council meet every three weeks to discuss all aspects of school life.

Our third and final opportunity is through our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors cohort which again comprises of students through all year groups. Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors not only support students with concerns, they also take a proactive approach in communicating about Anti-Bullying across the school. We currently hold the Bronze Diana Award for Anti-Bullying and will be looking this year to reach the next step.
