Students at Swanwick Hall were part of an exciting multi-faith trip in January with fellow students from The Two Counties Trust. All students visited a mosque, Hindu temple (mandir) and Sikh gurdwara in Derby.
Our students showed great amounts of respect to everyone they met and listened to in the places of worship and at Derby Open Centre. Students had the opportunity to sample food from the Langar in the Sikh gurdwara, witness worship in the Hindu temple and observe the many areas of a mosque.
Our students were a credit to the school and The Two Counties Trust.
