It has been a morning of celebration at Swanwick Hall Sixth Form, where they recorded a 9% increase in the number of students achieving A* to B grades across all their subjects. The improvement reflects a sustained effort across the school, one of several across The Two Counties Trust to see strong progress this summer.

A few examples of students whose results reflect that progress include:

  • Sophie W  achieved an outstanding 2 A*s and 2 As, securing her place at the University of Nottingham to study Liberal Arts. She has been a dedicated and ambitious student throughout her time at Swanwick Hall School, and we are delighted to see her hard work rewarded with such exceptional results.
  • Sophie B celebrated an excellent set of results with 4 As, earning a place at the University of Nottingham to study Chemistry. Her commitment to her studies and passion for science have been evident throughout her sixth form journey, and we wish her every success at university.
  • Finlay S achieved 1 A and 2 Bs, enabling him to progress to Sheffield Hallam University to study Criminology. His determination and perseverance have helped him achieve his goals, and we are delighted that he can now take the next step towards his chosen career.
  • Charles S achieved 1 A and 2 Bs, securing a place at the University of Nottingham to study Physics. He has shown great enthusiasm and dedication to his studies, and these results are a reflection of his hard work. We look forward to seeing all that he achieves in the future.
  • Luis B an excellent three Distinctions in catering, business and media, and will be progressing to university to study Business. Having joined Swanwick Hall specifically for Sixth Form, he has made tremendous progress during his time with us. His dedication, maturity and hard work have enabled him to achieve fantastic outcomes, and he should be incredibly proud of everything he has accomplished. We are delighted to see him take this next step and wish him every success in his future studies.
