What a fantastic “Cook it Together” morning at Swanwick Hall School with parents and children from Years 4 and 5 at Swanwick Primary School

Families worked together to prepare enchiladas, stuffed potato skins, and pasta bakes, creating opportunities and experiences that built confidence in cooking healthy meals whilst spending quality time together.

It was brilliant to hear the positive feedback throughout the morning. The children told us how much they enjoyed the experience, parents commented on what a lovely morning it had been, and one child summed it up perfectly by saying they didn’t just like it… they loved it!

To mark the occasion, every child was presented with an engraved wooden spatula and spoon to take home as a reminder of the day and, hopefully, to encourage even more cooking at home.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success.
